CoopCareCrew is hiring Coop Care Managers to help local chicken families with coop cleaning and routine flock care. This is a hands-on role with flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time). You’ll work outdoors, meet great chicken parents, and help keep coops clean, safe, and comfortable.

Role Summary
As a Coop Care Manager, you’ll visit customer properties to perform chicken coop cleaning and basic care tasks. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism, kindness, and great communication—helping customers feel confident their flock is in good hands.

What you'll do
What You’ll Do:
Perform coop cleaning tasks such as muck-outs, removing soiled bedding, and refreshing with clean wood shavings.
Clean and reset key areas (nesting boxes, roosting bars, high-traffic spots) as needed.
Support routine care tasks (refill water/feed, quick visual wellness checks, report concerns).
Keep work areas tidy and leave the space cleaner than you found it.
Communicate clearly with customers (arrival updates, quick notes after service, photos when requested).
Follow safety and sanitation best practices (gloves, proper disposal, biosecurity basics).
